Embrace Lizard Medicine Patience

Admittedly, I’ve not been present enough on social media thus far in 2024: • I have been more present with myself. • I have been more present in moments I spend with others. • In being present, a lot of things feel really fast or really slow. • And while I havent always been known to be patient, I have grown more patient and deeper into acceptance for where things are. • For a lizard, they may not know where they are going or how far they have to go, and yet they will pace themselves to get there. • When the sun is shining down and they become blinded by the light, they pause and soak up the rays of knowledge. • When the sun goes down, they may grt cautious for preditors. • Mid-day, when it’s just right, they will scurry along towards their destination. • Trust your intuition. Be patient and remember that pausing IS a step. It will help you figure out what you desire and what the next best step is. • You are on your way. • #animalmedicine #lizard #progress
