You will need Szeged goulash recipe (for 5-6 servings) • 850 g of pork meat (30 oz) • 2 tablespoons oil • 2 teaspoons salt • 3 teaspoons paprika • 700 g sauerkraut (26 oz) • 1 and a half liters of water (1500 ml/ 6,3 cups) • 250 ml whipping cream 33% (1 cup) • 180 ml cooking cream 10% / 0,76 cup) • 60 g of plain flour (2 oz / 4 tbsp) • Method of preparation : • Cut the meat into smaller cubes, add oil, salt, paprika and combine together Heat a larger pot, add the meat and fry for a few minutes. Then add the sauerkraut, pour water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until the meat is soft, for about 30 minutes. Mix the creams with the flour and add while stirring.
