From an unwinding somatic floor movement into a spiraling standing flow, this fluid flow will untangle tension in an easeful, explorative and soft manner. • We play with different initiation point for the unwinding movement (from S.A.T.Y.A. sequence by Tias Little) - initiating the spiraling from the lower body, versus the upper body. In a standing sequence, we'll bring the spirals in yet again, so the fascia pathways get a good stimulation.
