Today we show how we like to cook amazing ribeye steak on the Blackstone griddle! This easy steak recipe is mouth watering and delicious! Some say ribeye steak doesn't belong on the Blackstone griddle, but we show how we cook this amazing cut of steak on our Blackstone, and we love it! • Affiliate Link to Farbarware Self Sharpening Knife: • https://amzn.to/3fN9BFB • *How we cook the ribeye on Blackstone Griddle: • Shake salt and pepper liberally to clean plate. Place ribeye on salt/peppered plate, and salt and pepper the top liberally again. Let sit for approximately 15 minutes. • Turn Blackstone to med/high heat (high for quick sear), and after a minute per side (when you see a good sear), turn the burners to medium heat (if your Blackstone cooks hot, med/low heat works well). Cook each side for 3 minutes (longer if you prefer medium well or well done steak). • As always, we love hanging out, laughing, and enjoying life!
