This is a nice, small breadmaker at a great price. It's quick and easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great loaf of bread. The manual comes with recipes and with a few simple ingredients you can make your own bread, and even cake. • Opening the box, everything seems fairly simple and straightforward. Once you open the top lid of the machine, inside you'll find a square loaf pan that is coated with a non-stick layer for easy release and a heavy-looking composite plastic mixer finger at the bottom. One thing I noticed when making my first loaf of bread, is that when you slide the loaf out to cool on your rack, the mixing finger slides out with the bread.
