Cook your rice and set aside to completely cool. • 2. Clean your chicken properly, then cook chicken for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked in a pot with water, whole cloves and bay leaves. Once the meat is done, shred chicken and set aside. • 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, tomato, and garlic. • 4. Add the shredded chicken to the pan. Mix together and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the soy sauces (both sweet and mushroom soy sauces), nasi kruiden, bouillon cubes, and parsley. Add any salt/pepper to taste. • 5. In a large bowl, add soy sauce to the rice and mix together. Add the sliced celery and chopped leeks. Mix with the rice. Then add the cooked shredded chicken to rice and mix together. • 6. Heat olive oil in a large pan (or wok, if desired) and add in the rice mixture. Over medium heat, stir the rice constantly to make sure it's evenly cooked. This should only take about 5 minutes. Once complete, lower heat to low and let it cooked covered for another 3-5 minutes. • • Thanks for watching! • Let's connect on these socials: • Instagram: / cookprayslay • Facebook: / cookprayslay • Pinterest: / cookprayslay
