Can You Ride Gravel on a Flat Bar Bike

I has seen some gravel rides on Strava, where the rider used a flat bar gravel bike, instead a specifically bought gravel bike. So every time I see my Wife's Specialized Sirrus sat in the shed, I wonder what it could do on gravel. So I messaged Kev and Justin to see if they wanted to join me on a gravel ride, with Kev borrowing my Trek Domane SL5 in it's gravel set up, to see if I could keep up on a 95km Gravel ride. So I threw together a route with some challenging terrain, and set up a Mendip Gravel Adventure. The only thing left, was to see how I got on on the Specialized. • The bike I use in the video is a Specialized X Sirrus 2.0.
