Warm Cool Colors • Warm colors — such as red, yellow, and orange; evoke warmth because they remind us of things like the sun or fire. • Cool colors — such as blue, green, and purple (violet); evoke a cool feeling because they remind us of things like water or grass. • I have filled in the shapes. It's important to notice the over all impact of this type of composition, in which little drawing is required but I used tape in this tutorial to separate all portions. If you want to draw these geometrical shapes you can draw. I have used both the cool and the warm colors in one composition may be referred to in future exercises that deal with colors mixing, shades and tones, whether the subject is a still life or a landscape. If you want to make separate composition of cool and warm colors you can do easily.
