This Beetle came to me with both heater channels nearly destroyed and huge holes in the vw floors. I was asked if I could replace these and the VW Beetle heater channels and of course I could. So here's the video of me performing a Volkswagen floor pan replacement from start to finish. • VW Beetle Floor Pan Replacement really isn't all that hard. If you've never replaced a VW floor pan this video is for you! • First you need to find the VW Floor Pans specific to your year. Once you've got those picked out then you remove the body and cut out the VW floor pan. Once the VW floors are removed, you then clean off any other rust with a wire brush and afterwards with a rust converter and let it sit overnight. The next morning you take your brand new VW floor pans and lay them in position in your chassis. Once you have your vw bug floor pan replacement parts in position, cut off any excess and align them properly.
