Baked tilapia fillets with garlic butter is so flavorful and comes together very quickly! This is a go-to when we need to have a quick dinner on the table. I love tilapia for its mild flavor and so tasty paired with garlic butter!! • Baked Tilapia with Garlic Butter • Ingredients • 1 1/2 lbs tilapia fillets • 3/4 teaspoons paprika • 4 tablespoons butter, melted • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced • 3 tablespoons lemon juice • Zest of 1/2 lemon • Directions • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. • Place tilapia fillets onto a baking dish. • Season well on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. • Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest in a small bowl. Pour evenly over fish. • Bake for 10 minutes. • Change oven setting to broil and place under browned. • For The Sautéed Asparagus • Trim asparagus ends. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
