The texture is chewy, soft and firm. I love that you don't really need to measure out all of the ingredients for this super delicious cake! • This is how to make Filipino Cassava Cake: • Filipino Cassava Cake • Ingredients: • 2 packs (908 g) grated Cassava, thawed • 1 1/2 cans (600 g) Condensed Milk • 1 1/2 cans (600 g) Coconut Milk • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract • 30 g Butter, melted/ 2 Tbsp • 1/2 (170 g) bottle Macapuno Coconut Sport • For the Topping: • 1/2 can (200 g) Condensed Milk • 1/2 can (200 g) Coconut Milk • 1/2 (170 g) bottle Macapuno Strings • 1 egg yolk • Directions: • 1. Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F. Grease a baking pan (35x25 cm/ 14x10 inches). • 2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients for the cassava cake. Mix everything until well combined, by using a wooden spoon. • 3. Pour the mixture into the prepapred baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. • 4. In a medium mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients for the topping. Mix everything until well combined, by using a wooden spoon. • 5.
