The trusty Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC) received a few firmware upgrades in the past year or so. Since buying the device I haven't upgraded it: it's still on v0.81. There are supposedly some changes related to 400p modes, which are particularly interesting to me for the PC VGA modes (320x200 graphics, 720x400 text).
