Three weeks have passed, and a lot has been happening since my last video. I had a really heavy time for a while, that's why it took some time to make this video. It's been a roller coaster of feelings, long nights of work, a broken rib bone, crazy superpowers, nighttime icebaths and a lot of traveling and the most important thing of all, a breaking point.
