American Ale Tasting

In this video we taste an american ale that we brewed in a previous video using Clawhammer Supply's 10 gallon 120 volt BIAB system. Watch this video to see how our recipe turned out. We wanted to brew an easy drinking light beer that didn't require lagering, so we used ale yeast and some pale malt to make a simple, but crisp and refreshing beer. This recipe makes a perfect beer for a hot summer day that anyone can brew, whether you're a beginner or experienced homebrewer. Drink this beer for cookouts, yard work, cornhole, camping, or whatever you like to do. In a later video, we'll dry hop this beer and taste it again to see how adding more hops after fermentation changes it. If you brew this beer, leave us a comment and let us know how it turned out! • Brewing Equipment: https://www.clawhammersupply.com/coll... • Dry Hopping and Tasting Video:    • Dry Hopping and Tasting an  Easy  Ame...   • Full Recipe: https://www.clawhammersupply.com/blog... • Light American Lager Article: https://beerandbrewing.com/make-your-... • Grains • 4 pounds Briess 2-row pale malt • Adjuncts (extra stuff) • 4 oz. dextrose (corn sugar) • Hops • 1 oz.
