take me back to the sea puppies 😭 • This full day snorkeling tour was definitely one of the highlights from our trip to French Polynesia. We knew there was no guarantee that we’d be able to swim the reef sharks and stingrays (they are unpredictable, wild animals after all) but that there was a good chance it would happen on this tour. Dream come true but also… • I admit I was pretty nervous beforehand. 🙃 But our guide gave us clear instructions (don’t chase them, startle them, be respectful) and even showed us how to safely pet the stingrays. There were so many of them swimming around us that pretty soon the nerves were gone.
