Today we’ll be taking a look at the sliding door lock. This lock is a great choice for storage and display cases. It’s easy to install an available in both fractional and metric. The sliding door lock works with quarter inch panels and requires no machining. It also requires no additional hardware. • Now the way it works, is you take your sliding door lock, take your panel, and slide it right into the open slot. You’ll take your bolt and tighten it down, and that’ll hold it secure. Now in this example, we’ll take our display case, take the sliding door lock, and put it on the back panel and tighten it down.
