In this video, I show you a quick recipe for Ravioli with Gorgonzola sauce. While I made the raviolis for this recipe, I now not everyone's dying to break out the pasta machine and start rolling dough. Fortunately, there are a ton of really good ravioli options at the store you can use and that will save a ton of time. Then just make this really simple Gorgonzola sauce for the ravioli - which really only takes about 10 minutes.
