These exercises help to teach clients the elements needed to do the exercises of the Pilates repertoire. • The Pre Pilates exercises in today's video are: • Supine (on our back): • • Arm Raises • • Arm Scissors • • Elevation Depression of the Shoulders • • Protection Retraction of the Shoulders • • Angels in the Snow • Side-Lying: • • Telescope Arms • • Pinwheel • Seated: • • Protraction Retraction • All Fours: • • Sternum Drop (protraction retraction) • Variations of all of these could also be done standing.
