Subscribe for more delicious home-cooked recipes! • RECIPE: • Shipwreck Casserole Pot Pies • Use 4 (12 oz) ramekins • Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 box cheddar mac and cheese (we used Annie's) • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained • 1 1/2 cups milk • 1 cup frozen peas • 1 cup frozen corn • 2 tablespoons butter • 1 1/2 cups Colby cheese, divided • Directions: • 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. • 2.) Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain. • 3.) Add the pasta, cheese packet, tomatoes, milk, peas, and corn to the skillet. Stir until well combined. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes. • 4.) Remove from heat and stir in butter. Add more milk if the mixture is too dry. • 5.) Fold in 1 cup of the cheese and transfer the mixture to the ramekins. Pat each one down gently and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. • 6.) Bake covered with lid or foil for 10-15 minutes. • Serve warm! Enjoy!!
