Injection Lonopin contains enoxaparin sodium which is an anticoagulant drug. Enoxaparin prevents blood clot formation and used as a prophylactic purpose in pregnancy rather that treatment purposes. Lonopin injection is used in thrombophilic woman, woman having previous history of deep vein thrombosis/pulmonary embolism and woman conceived via IVF.
