Today I’m going to show you the Apex + CareStack integration. • Enter the transaction amount and select the payment type. After selecting the payment type, Apex terminals will appear as well as pay with Apex. • If you have more than one terminal in your office, select which terminal you will be using to process the payment. • If entering a manual transaction, for example if a patient is making a payment over the phone, after selecting pay with apex, you can select card not present and manually enter that information. • After selecting the terminal, click on pay with Apex and pay with terminal. • When selecting pay with terminal, the payment amount will be communicated directly to the terminal for processing. • Once the payment has been processed, you will see a notification in the upper right-hand corner, “receipt added successfully”. • Back in the patient ledger you can see that payment was added automatically to the patient ledger. • With the Apex + CareStack integration, you also have access to the MxMerchant portal where you can view batches, payments (which post as soon as the payment has processed), complete PCI compliance and view your Apex statements. • If you are interested in learning more about Apex Payment Solutions for your medical/healthcare practice, please visit https://www.apexpaymentsolutions.com • Music by Bensound.com/royalty-free-music
