Item Block Heights

I show a montage of all 103 item blocks in height order, from fewest units above the ground to most units above the ground. Note that I go through them all twice, first slowly and then much more quickly. • Note that I wanted to show each item block in its natural environment, and so I didn't want Mario's presence to disturb anything.
