These 10 Wedding Dress Malfunctions Will Shock You • 1. I don’t know what to say about this except, aawww, poor girl. • 2.Emma Thompson married Kenneth Branagh in 1989. Unfortunately for her, it looks like she should be going to the Kentucky Derby instead of her own wedding. Even for the Kentucky Derby the dress is hideous, but she seems to be happy. Was this the style in late 80’s England? • 3. This dress looks decent, there’s just so much fabric there. And why does she need two guys walking her down the aisle like that? Are they scared that she might escape? It really does look like they don’t want to let her go. Could this be an arranged marriage? Has the bride ever met the groom? We will never know… • 4. The dress looks like it should be at NASCAR or at least somewhere just as trashy. It looks more like the decal of a race car. Perhaps she’s just a big fan of racing…whatever the case the dress is tacky, and shouldn’t be worn in public. Why someone didn’t warn her before the big day is cruel, but maybe her friends thought that it looked nice. Shame on them! • 5. Talk about a fairytale wedding gone wrong. The dress is just too much. You can barely see the groom and he doesn’t look all that comfortable. In fact, with the bride’s arms hoisted up like that, she doesn’t look all too comfortable either. And it’s not like she’s sacrificing comfort for beauty. • 6. Wedgie shot! The wedding photographer was a bit shady for taking this unflattering photo. Why you would want to capture the moment of someone digging in their butt is just plain silly, but what makes it worse is that the photo was then shared. At least their faces are concealed though, right? • 7. This isn’t even a wedding dress, but more of a wedding skirt which I didn’t even know existed. The attire, needless to say, is not really appropriate for anyone to see and it does nothing to further fashion anywhere. Hopefully the daring bride got married in warm weather. • 8. This is what weddings look like in the hood. The only thing missing are the 20 bridesmaids and groomsmen that tend to go along with weddings like these. Not to mention that airbrushed apparel stopped being cool in the late 80’s. • 9. The devil wears prada…or not. This is what happens when you mix gothicism with punk rock and a wedding day. The horns are not doing it for you girlfriend, and neither is that thing attached to your arm (her husband). Sure, everyone has their own style but not everyone can pull it off. • 10. The problem here is that the dress looks too much like the sheep’s wool. The bride probably doesn’t mind galavanting around town, leaving fuzzies everywhere but that’s probably exactly what happened. Hopefully the groom came equipped with a lint brush because he’s gonna need it.
