Tubes are assessed generally by two main modalities, one is called as hysterosalpingography and the other one is gold standard or the laparoscopic testing for tubal patency. In the tubal block condition, patient or couple are not able to conceive spontaneously or naturally and there they have to use artificial reproduction technique but if there are certain conditions where the tubal blocks can be corrected, hysteroscopically or laparoscopically we can cannulate the tubes, open the tubes if it is a smaller block and allow for normal conception. If you can discus with your consultants about tubal cannulation, which is very successful and it is a day care procedure, we quite often do hysteroscopic cannualtion of the tubes and we have achieved good number of spontaneous and natural pregnancy.
