Manchester to Doha with Qatar Airways and their Boeing 777 in Economy Class

I had a BIG surprise when I stepped on board this Qatar Airways 777 from Manchester to Doha. Why? Well if I told you they'd recently inherited this aircraft from Virgin Australia, you may be able to work it out. • On this trip, I'll show you what turned out to be a pretty comfortable seat, along with the IFE, service, cabin all the usual features of the aircraft but with it being my first time with one of the Gulf carriers, I was interested to see how it would compare to, say, a typical transatlantic legacy carrier in terms of all the afore-mentioned features. • In addition to the flight, I probably spend about an hour trying to find my way out of Hamad International Airport too!
