One of the most famous Easter traditions from Bucovina is the painting of eggs. This tradition is still preserved by a charming lady from the village of Sadova. She has a special technique. She paints the eggs with wax and with some special tools made by her. The painted motifs are traditional motifs from the area, carefully preserved.
