Core training with some odd exercises. • Exercise #1. Pressing your elbow and thigh together will increase the intensity and also help to maintain a flatter lower back position. • Exercise #2. Avoid swinging your legs toward your chest for momentum to bring your hips up super slow. Descent super slow. • Exercise #3. Slow and controlled side rolls over the shoulder.
