Still want the benefits of yoga but need to stay off your wrists? I’ve got a challenging wrist friendly, hands-free yoga flow for you! So much of traditional yoga, especially “flow classes” involves bearing weight on the wrists. This can be so frustrating if you are managing wrist pain or a wrist injury! But there are still many wonderful (and challenging) poses you can still practice without needing to be on your hands. This class is for the yogi who wants a challenging hands free yoga practice to build core strength and break a sweat.💦 • This class features postures like dolphin walk-ins 🐬 boat pose 🛶 (navasana), prayer twists in chair 🙏 and an emphasis on side body length and strength.
