Les Paul Coil Split Wiring

Following on from our previous video - here we demonstrate how to re-wire your Les Paul to enable coil splitting using 4 conductor wire pickups. We are using CTS push pull pots (as volume controls) to split each humbucker. Coil splitting is a very easy mod you can do yourself. We show how to wire the pickups to the CTS push pull pot but coil splitting essentially turns off one coil when the push pull pot is activated. • In the video we are the Tru PAF set, handwound in the UK by House of Tone pickups.
