Single expansion score on sourdough bread

For this sourdough bread I added an extra expansion score 7 minutes into baking. • How it’s done? • Place your dough into the oven and bake for the first 7 minutes at 250°C/480°F with the lid on. Then remove the pan from the oven, perform the additional score, cover with the lid and place it back into the oven. Bake for another 18 minutes with the lid on.
