How to dehydrate and freeze chanterelle mushrooms for long-term storage? • 1. Put the mushroom in a pot, turn the heat on high, and stir occasionally. NO OIL needed. • 2. After a few minutes, you'll see quite a lot of water, almost like a mushroom soup. You may leave the lid off. • 3. Be patient. Wait until all water evaporated/got reabsorbed into the mushroom. • 4. Stir for another while until the mushroom looks dry and almost stick to the bottom of the pot. • 5. Wait until cool and store in the freezer. • ------------------------------- • Video Playlists: • Wild Mushroom Identification: • Mushroom Foraging for Beginners • Wild Mushroom Hunting Tips: • Blewit Mushrooms: Find, Identify, T... • Wild Mushroom You Can Eat Series: • Wild Mushrooms You Can Eat: Summer Ed... • Wild Mushroom Recipes: • How to Cook Honey Mushrooms with Chicken • Wild Fruits and Plants: • ιηθθΆθθη³ Foraging Making Wineberry N... • All about Chanterelles: • Chanterelles for Beginners Mushroom... • ------------------------- • • About this channel: • I am a wild mushroom lover and this channel is about me and my wife identifying, collecting, cooking and sometimes preserving wild mushrooms.
