After Serge had fixed Nessie and given me a wee lesson on how to keep her running smoothly, we thought it would be a good idea to see if there was an animal shelter nearby that we could visit before leaving Luxembourg again 😻. And once Lea told me she helped out at a place, the decision was quickly made to go over and see it and meet the owner Marie-Anne Heinen. As always before heading to a shelter we went to a pet shop and filled up a basket with essentials for the animals ❤️. The cats there were absolutely beautiful and it's always hard seeing them not have the home every animal deserves 😿. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike.
