Chumbawamba Swingin With Louise Full Album

This is an idea I've kicked around for YEARS - so I finally decided to make it a reality. :) • Chumbawamba's 1995 album Swingin' With Raymond was an interesting concept, where the album was split into two distinct halves - love songs and hate songs. The love half was lightweight, 1990's pop radio fare, all with Lou Watts on vocals; while the hate half was more typical of Chumbawamba; noisy, shouty, angry, with either Danbert or Alice on vocals. However, a number of B-sides and rarities exist from this time, almost all of which appear to be leftovers from the love half. • So I wondered.... what if we put all of the love tracks into their own cohesive album? Thus, Swingin' With Louise was born. • All tracks from the love sessions were used, including Last Taxi Ride and the alternate This Girl , which only circulate on a bootleg cassette; I've speed-corrected, noise reduced and re-EQ'd them (also correcting glitches where necessary), to sound far superior than the original source.
