Super Easy Sausage Rolls Bake with Me

Ingredients: • 400g of Sausage Meat • 375g of Puff Pastry • 1 Egg • Plain Flour to dust on board • Preheat over to 180 degrees for a fan over or 200 for a conventional. • 1. Unroll the pastry onto a board and cut in half lengthways. • 2. Place half the sausage meat onto each piece of pastry in a sausage shape leaving a 1.5cm gap between the edge and meat. • 3. Beat an egg and using a pastry brush, brush it along the edges to help seal the pastry when you fold it over. • 4. Fold the pastry over and use a fork to press seal edges. • 5. Brush egg wash over the outside of the sausage rolls to make sure they look golden and yummy when baked! • 6. Cut into desired size and score the top with the desired pattern. • 7. Place into oven and bake for between 20-25 mins checking them regularly to check if they are done. • 8.
