We ran the grill at 400 degrees with Grillgrates inside that were temping at 550. We seasoned up the steaks with Firedancer BBQ SOB PG. We put them on rotating every 2 minutes until the last time and just waited for our internal temp to reach 125-127. Pellet grills grill up a awesome steak!!!
