This is a quick review of the Panasonic Vieira fifty inch plasma. Model number TC-P50X3. http://shop.panasonic.com/shop/model/... • This model is HD 50 600 Hz refresh rate. Has SD card compatibility and USB compatibility. It's one of their ultra-thin models and it also has game mode. It's DLNA compatible so can hook your TV to it. It has the Viera link image viewer. • http://www.dlna.org/ • Some of the complaints that we have on this TV is that it's 720p as opposed to 1080 but personally I think the picture is very good on this TV. Plasma has had some bad reviews in the past, people have complained about out gassing about screen burning about the heat and they're not energy-efficient, a lot of that has been redone now with the new Viera flagship model. • http://www.energystar.gov/index.cfm?c... • Most of the new plasmas have eliminated screen burning. No longer have out gassing problems and the heat is no longer an issue. They are not as energy-efficient as the LEDs. You see twenty dollars energy for yearly cost. It's a little bit higher than the LED TVs so some people complain • about that. • Well overall bang for your buck it's an excellent TV. It is energy star rated though it's not as good as the LED but twenty bucks a year is not bad. • It's definitely a great model Panasonic has put out. We rarely get any negative feedback on this TV as breaking or anything like that.
