A 100 beats per minute metronome. Effective Basic Life Support (CPR) requires a chest compression rate of between 100 - 120 per minute according to the American Heart Association. • This 100 beats per minute metronome is the lower limit of the effective chest compression range. Generally, a 110 beats per minute metronome is most effective for BLS Providers because it allows for some variation in either direction while remaining effective. Instructors may find this 100 bpm metronome useful to demonstrate to a student what the slowest acceptable chest compression rate sounds like. • Support me on Ko-fi https://ko-fi.com/blsinsights • For CPR Training: • Chest Compression Rate Metronomes: • 120 BPM - Upper limit - • Metronome 120 BPM - For CPR Training ... • 110 BPM - Ideal - • Metronome 110 BPM - For CPR Training ... • 100 BPM - Lower limit - • Metronome 100 BPM - For CPR Training ... • Ventilation Timers: • Adult Rescue Breathing / CPR with advanced airway • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 6 Seconds - 2020 • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 6 Seconds... • Child/Infant Rescue Breathing / CPR with advanced airway • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 3 Seconds - 2020 • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 3 Seconds... • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 2.5 Seconds - 2020 • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 2.5 Secon... • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 2 Seconds - 2020 • Ventilation Timer - 1 every 2 Seconds... • 00:00 100 bpm metronome • 05:00 More 100 bpm metronome • 10:00 Still more 100 bpm metronome • 11:25 Please Subscribe!
