The Fly2Miami idea, which began as a joke, was very simple. If it was possible to get a flight to Miami full with people through Twitter, then the deal was that the airline would reserve the plane. The bet was won and Fly2Miami was born. • Of course the underlying reason for the actual bet was the upcoming annual Winter Music Conference in Miami. Many people in the industry attend the conference and for that reason the interest to be part of the bet securing a seat on board was enormous.
