Lebanese Mafroukh (Semolina With ashta)-By EasyLifeمفروكة بالقشطة على الطريقة اللبنانية • Ingredients • 1 cup of semolina • 1 cup of sugar • 1cup of water • 1 tablespoon of blossom water • 1 tablespoon of rose water • 100 go butter • Ashta • 2 cups of milk • 3 tablespoon of vinegar • 3 cups of milk • 3 tablespoon of cornflour • 1 tablespoon of sugar • 1 tablespoon of blossom water • Method • Add sugar to a saucepan and put them on the stove mix them, when they have a gold color add the water to the gold sugar and mix them together and put them aside. • Put in another saucepan semolina and mix them a little bit when they have a little bit of a gold color add on the top butter blossom water, and rose water, when the butter has melted add on top caramel and mix them when they have thickened put them in a tray. • Ashta • Add in a saucepan 3 cups of milk put them in a stove before boiling add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and mix them.
