Quiroga is said to be the CARNITAS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! One thing is for sure, you’ll find the best carnitas in the world in Michoacan, Mexico. We went to Quiroga for the carnitas, but we stayed for an unexpected party that was unlike anything else we’ve ever seen in Mexico.
