It is not high or low HIIT/Cardio so it is more like a moderate workout. Let's burn calories and melt fat in your body with this workout. This gets you consistently to keep your body active. Also it may turn your heart up. If you feel tense or pressure, press pause to take a break and drink the water then resume the same one or move on to the next exercise. Ready!?
