In this video I have explained all the regulatory enzymes in purine nucleotide biosynthesis regulated by allosteric modulators. Most regulated enzymes in purine synthesis are PRPP synthetase, glutamine phosphoribosyl amidotransferase, IMD dehydrogenase and adenylosuccinate synthetase.
