Today we are going to learn how to make a great, tasty Tuckeria Fresh Mexican burrito. • Keep in mind when we are making our food, that we use a lot of great ingredients at Tuckeria: Mexican spices; fresh ingredients; but hygiene is really the key. Make sure that our hands are nice and clean. I am going to wash my hands right now. • And after you have washed your hands, the most important thing to remember is to dry your hands, because wet hands contain bacteria. • The first step with a burrito is to grab your tortilla, put it on the sandwich press, press it for a few seconds, and it'll be nice and soft and ready to use for your burrito. • The first step is to take some seasoned Mexican Rice, about half a cup, and lay it in a line down the middle of the tortilla. • The next step is the pinto beans. • And then, marinated chicken thighs. • Now we are ready for the next step, the salsa. • We need to add a tongful of lettuce. • We are now on one of the final stages, the rolling of the burrito. • Before we do that, it is very important to remember, that we want the burrito when we are rolling it, to be nice and smooth and flat, because that way it looks great as well as tastes great. • What I do, is I get the ingredients here in the middle. I fold the ends in - equally.
