This 7 Day series focuses on different poses that you will often see in a Vinyasa style yoga class to help you learn the poses at a slower pace so you can attend a studio class or take other online Vinyasa classes with more confidence! • This class is Day 1 of 7 and focuses on warmup poses often found in the beginning of Vinyasa classes.
