How To Print Email Messages In Gmail • In this video I will show you how to print email messages in Gmail. The same method demonstrated in this video also applies to printing multiple email messages within the same conversation. If you would like to print a single email message within a string of replies then you will need to individually select that email message for print. • Print Gmail messages https://support.google.com/mail/answe... • Steps To Print Email Messages In Gmail: • 1. Navigate to https://mail.google.com and log in to your Google Account. • 2.Once you're in your Gmail account inbox, find the email message or email conversation that you would like to print and open it • 3. At the top right hand corner of the email message, left click the printer icon which when hovered over will say Print all . • 4. A new window will open, taking you to the print settings. A preview of your email message or email conversation that you would like to print will also open to the left hand side of this new window reflecting the changes you make in your print settings. • 5. Once you have customized your print settings, simply left click on print to send your email message or email conversation to your printer for printing. • Steps To Print A Single Email Message In Gmail: • 1. Navigate to https://mail.google.com and log in to your Google Account. • 2.Once you're in your Gmail account inbox, find the email message that you would like to print and open it • 3. If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails. To do this, left click on the email message in that conversation that you would like to print. • 4. Left click on the three vertical dots on the top right hand cover of that email message (when hovered over it will say more ) • 5. Once done, select Print . • 6. A new window will open, taking you to the print settings. A preview of the email message that you would like to print will also open to the left hand side of this new window reflecting the changes you make in your print settings. • 7.
