With a bit of a remixed trigger order :) usually we do these from 'head to toe', but we're starting out with some extended sticky stethoscope and guided breathing before going on to a big palpation trigger block and bouncing around from there. The otoscope part has extra breathy whispers with the fishbowl effect, and we've got lots of range of movement testing at the end for the head, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet. • Welcome to Your Assessment ~ 00:00 – 02:25 • Explaining Exam Process ~ 02:25 – 03:27 • Listening to Your Lungs ~ 03:27 – 07:20 • Auscultating Your Heart Abdomen ~ 07:20 – 10:37 • Palpating Your Head Face, Lymph Nodes Sinuses ~ 10:37 – 16:40 • Looking at Your Nose, Mouth, Throat ~ 16:40 – 21:34 • Testing Your Eyes with Light ~ 21:34 – 23:22 • Follow My Finger ~ 23:22 – 25:19 • Taking a Peek Inside Your Ears (Breathy Whispers + Fishbowl Effect) ~ 25:19 – 27:19 • Whispered Hearing Test ~ 27:19 – 30:05 • Testing Head Shoulder Range of Movement ~ 30:05 – 31:03 • Hand Arm Exam ~ 31:03 – 37:15 • Foot Leg Exam ~ 37:15 – 41:50 • Reviewing Your Assessment ~ 41:50 – 42:46 • Wrapping up Your Medical Assessment ~ 42:46 - 44:10 • Triggers include: soft speaking, whispering, pen writing, paper rubbing, asking questions, sticky stethoscope, guided breathing, explaining, palpation, head exam, checking lymph nodes, inspecting you, crinkly cling wrap sounds, sticky finger sounds, press/release, tapping on your sinuses, eye exam, light triggers, direct/consensual response test, follow my finger, otoscope, fishbowl effect, ear exam, whisper hearing test, inaudible whispering, range of movement testing, and reflex testing. • Hope y'all enjoy, have a whale of a day! :) • xx Calliope • ❥ What Is ASMR? From Oxford Languages: a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.' • ❥ I want y'all to have a safe environment here regardless of where you come from, who you love, what you look like, you name it. I don't tolerate discrimination or hatred based on attributes you can't change like where you were born, what color you are, if you have a disability, or who you love– above all, be kind to one another. We're all just people, just trying to do our thing. • ❥ If you want to donate (but don't ever feel pressured to!)
