S2-EP33 • • Ontario Cold Cases - Canada’s True Crime Podcast • • On March 9, 1959 12-year-old Patricia Lupton was abducted and strangled and her body found in Scarborough, after answering an ad for a man who phoned looking for a babysitter. • • On a quiet Sunday in August 1962, the defiled body of 16-year-old Julian (Julie) Wolanski was discovered in a remote ditch north of Toronto Airport. Police would later learn that the person Julie had gone to meet at the Eglinton subway station was an imposter. • • What makes these cases all the more disturbing is the evidence that this may not have been an isolated incident.
