Other condiments are added to enhance the flavor, and presentation of the dish. I particular love Chinese mixed vegetable dish because of the colorful condiments that comes with the dish. • In this dish, bamboo shoots and straw mushroom are added to give flavor, and sirloin beef are used for the wholesome taste. • Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak, one of the two Malaysian states lying admist the rainforest island of Borneo, is an exotic and friendly place, and a talk-about tourist destination for many travelers looking to explore the virgin greens. • The atmospheric aura of Kuching in Sarawak is vastly different from the rest of the states in Malaysia, as one feels one has stepped into another country when entering Kuching in Borneo. The place is rich in indigenous cultures and heritage. • Kuching prides itself on being one of the most multi-racial cities in Malaysia.
