Adding or removing transactions from hundreds of roles is a time-consuming process if you have to use SAP native tools, such as PFCG. • In this video, Alessandro Banzer demonstrates a solution that makes it easy to add or remove transactions from multiple roles in batch. • The solution Alessandro is showcasing is called Xiting Role Designer, and it's part of the Xiting Authorizations Management Suite (XAMS). • Using Role Designer, role administrators can quickly remove TCODES (or other menu objects) from roles through the click on a button. • Adding menu objects to multiple roles is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet or CSV file.
