CNC milling coilover spring perches for the Merkur XR4Ti on the Tormach PCNC 1100. The parts were milled and then the taper was manually finished on Tormach's Duality lathe set to manual operation. • This was my first production run of parts that were roughed using waterline roughing cycle. The waterline roughing isn't shown in this video but can be seen in the following video which was a test run of this part: • • Tormach PCNC 1100 - First Part with t... • Production like this is relatively slow because only one part can be produced at a time, meaning the tool change routine (especially without the power drawbar) adds a great deal of time.
